For several years, the Backdrop CMS community has used Zulip as our official chat platform.

For this discussion, we've invited Alya Abbot, the product lead for Zulip, to chat with us about Zulip and share with us a little information about the Zulip project and its history.

We'll talk about what Zulip is and how we use it as a community, how we might better organize or use Zulip to meet the specific needs of our community, and things we’d like see improved in Zulip.

Please come prepared to share your own experiences with Zulip as the Backdrop CMS chat platform. What works for you, and what ideas do you have for improvement?
